The Director of 340B Strategy and Operations is responsible for developing and promoting the overall vision, goals, objective strategies by keen analytic skills to help drive business growth and ROI through unique and insightful analysis. This role is key in the development and execution of short and long-term growth strategy for the business. Through various activities identifying, analyzing, recommending, and monitoring business activities that affect profitability, growth and productivity. This role will directly impact and support future business development and strategic planning objectives working with Leadership and other key departments throughout the organization. This position will take a strategic approach and provide analytics with the full scope of the business in mind, drawing insight from industry trends and sales statistics while ensuring operations are profitable and efficient.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and ROI through unique and insightful analysis
  • Work directly with senior management to understand business issues/needs and identify areas of improvement through business process change or system enhancement to best achieve the business objectives. Specific areas of analysis to include retail network, rebates, and client pricing, among others
  • Work with the leadership team to prepare presentations sales analysis, summaries, etc.
  • Assist with new market initiatives to include assessing and analyzing future business opportunities
  • Participate and facilitate continuous process improvement and quality initiatives that ensure safe and efficient operations through documenting, reviewing, and developing standardized processes
  • Provide input in the design and development of overall strategic and tactical plans for executing new business ventures; support in research, positioning, development and roll-out of new business initiatives
  • Assist the President, 340B Solutions in the development of new business financial and strategic plans that include sales and profitability forecasts which directly impact future budgets and recommend financial and non-financial strategic alternatives
  • Assist in the preparation of new business plans and strategies for the leadership team
  • Provide business acumen, reporting and analysis for new business initiatives and processes
  • Review requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations related to proposed solutions
  • Analyze documentation, facts and figures and transfer information into needed data and statistics from other sources
  • Lead and oversee the development of monthly, quarterly, annual ad-hoc client reporting analysis
  • Directly manage Business Intelligence and Operations of the 340b department. Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of solid data analysis, reporting or business intelligence experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading teams
  • 3+ years of 340B experience
  • Solid experience in operational leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced 340B Operations Apexus certified (ACE)

The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
