Toyota Automated Logistics in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking a Director, Technical Support, Lifecycle Services N.A. to lead 24/7 technical support across North America, covering software, controls, robotics and advanced automation.

You will build teams, define staffing, and drive metrics to ensure rapid issue resolution and system reliability in mission-critical environments. You will partner with Sales, customers and key vendors, report to the Vice President, Lifecycle Services N.A., and guide

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, service operations, lifecycle services, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise or mission-critical technical support environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of automated systems and complex industrial environments.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Exceptional communication with ability to influence and drive alignment among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve 24/7 technical support and hotline operations across North America.
• Define staffing models, on-call rotations, escalation paths, and improve first-contact metrics.
• Lead跨-disciplinary technical services across software, controls, robotics, conveyor, and automation.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic accounts and critical customer QBRs.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and align messaging.
• Provide executive accountability for critical escalations and root-cause analyses.
• Lead development of high-performing support teams and a culture of accountability.
