Job summary

Primrose Sandy Springs South is seeking a Child Care Director dedicated to delivering our Balanced Learning approach and building a brighter future for the children we serve.

You will lead and develop the school team, foster positive relationships with families and the community, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. This role emphasizes connection, quality care, and adherence to Primrose standards as part of a mission-driven brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

• Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families, and children).
• Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
• Learn all essential functions for each position in the school.
