  • Foster open communication among project team members, consultants, inspectors, agencies, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety policies, promoting best practices in work assignments.

  • Oversee quality control and assurance to ensure field compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, facility protocols, and industry best practices.

  • Manage project finances, including commitments, contract changes, and claim resolution, in accordance with corporate standards.

  • Audit and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy, logic, and adherence to contract performance requirements.

  • Comply with corporate standards, standard operating procedures, and project control requirements for financial and administrative responsibility.

  • Coordinate and support project close-out, commissioning, validation, and turn-over activities in accordance with contract requirements and corporate standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement objectives and embrace technology enhancements within the project team, promoting team building and staff development.

  • Foster open communication among project team members, consultants, inspectors, agencies, and subcontractors to maintain a positive and proactive working environment.

  • Participate in lessons learned sessions, operational development initiatives, and best practice training to support a philosophy of continuous improvement.
