Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC seeks a lead for the hospital housekeeping department at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. You will build a goal-oriented team that creates a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients.

You will recruit, train, assign, and coach staff; perform daily inspections; manage budgets and quality systems; and collaborate with facility and company leadership to meet goals and regulatory requirements. Expect 50–55 hour weeks as a salaried manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities
