Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Center Director in Virginia to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality early childhood education for children and families. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and community partnerships in a licensed setting.

The Director guides curriculum implementation, staff development, and parent communication, while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

• Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
