Job summary

Learning Care Group in Pflugerville, TX is hiring a Center Director to lead a school, supervise staff, and partner with families to support children's growth in a warm, safe environment. You will ensure licensing and curriculum standards, recruit and retain quality staff, and promote community engagement while delivering exceptional care.

This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, performance management, and aligning operations with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
