Job description

The College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) seeks a Director to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Creative Achievement and Research Administration Team (CARAT), a unit within the college. The staff of nine employees manage an award portfolio consisting of around 80 sponsored awards totaling approximately 8 million dollars in annual funding.

CARAT is responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

1. Research development
2. Research administration
3. Compliance
4. Consulting with CAHSS's 100+ Principal Investigators
