Job summary

Helmerich & Payne is seeking an experienced Directional Driller to lead BGS directional drilling operations at the wellsite. You will ensure the well plan is executed, BHA components are assembled correctly, and equipment is operated and maintained safely.

You will collaborate with Co Reps and field crews, generate daily and final reports, and represent H&P professionally in operator meetings. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Directional Driller.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.
• Excellent presentation, communication and technical writing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the BGS directional drilling operation at the wellsite.
• Ensure the correct well plan is followed and BHA is assembled per plan.
• Manage operation, inspection, maintenance and inventory of motors and downhole tools on site.
