Job summary

Centuri, a leading utility and energy infrastructure company, is hiring an Equipment Operator in the United States. After paid training, you will safely operate heavy equipment and move earth, tools, and materials to and from job sites under a Foreman's supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of equipment operation near workers and underground utilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of experience safely operating equipment near workers and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoe, trencher, paver, dozer, milling saw, road grader, hydro‑excavator, track hoe and more.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Maintain daily pre‑shift vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry‑required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
