Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Directional Drill Operators and Locators for our Williamsburg, VA operation.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate directional bore equipment for underground utility construction.
  2. Assist foreman and/or supervisors with all duties.
  3. Operate trenchers, plows, backhoes, and bobcats.
  4. Operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws when needed.
  5. Work in the field with the crews completing work.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Candidates that hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) highly preferred.
  2. Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing).
  3. Must have previous knowledge and experience of underground utility installations.
  4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow job specifications and orders.
  5. Ability to communicate with teammates.
  6. Willingness to work and follow directions.
