Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Directional Drill Operators / Locators for our Petersburg, VA operation.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for operating directional bore equipment for underground utility construction.
  2. Assisting foreman and/or supervisors with all duties.
  3. Operating trenchers, plows, backhoes, and bobcats, tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws when needed.
  4. Work in the field with the crews completing work.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Holding a valid and current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is highly preferred.
  2. Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing).
  3. Must have previous knowledge and experience of underground utility installations.
  4. Ideal candidates will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow job specifications and orders.
  5. Ability to communicate with Teammates.
  6. Willingness to work and follow directions.
