Job summary

ElectriCom Inc in Paoli, Indiana, is seeking a Bore Operator to join our field crew. You will operate directional drilling equipment, coordinate with locators and laborers, and maintain a safe, productive job site.

Requires 2–3+ years of bore operator experience, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), physical stamina for outdoor work, and willingness to travel. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Bore Operator experience.
• Knowledge of utility construction excavation.
• Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required, CDL preferred.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a directional drill and use standard tools of the trade.
• Coordinate activities of Locator and Laborers to meet production schedule.
• Maintain a safe job site and ensure safety standards are met.
• Assist crew and communicate with Supervisor, Area Manager, and Customers.
• Engage in routine training (LMS, OSHA – 10 Hour, etc.).
• Perform roadside traffic control.
