Founded in 2019, we began by performing site acquisition and permitting for 5G small cell networks. Within a year we expanded into full A&E design services, and by 2022 we were designing complete fiber‑optic networks for Internet Service Providers. We are currently seeking experienced Directional Drill Operators to join Aquila's growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Starting Pay Range: $24 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a directional drill operator
  • Ability to read and interpret utility prints and plans
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Can repair minor issues on the drill in the field and assess if it needs to go into the shop
  • Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a positive attitude at all times
  • Works effectively as a team player
  • Willing and able to travel as required
  • Willing to get CDL if you do not have one
