Aquila Corporation is a fast-growing engineering and construction firm that designs and builds next-generation telecom and fiber‑optic infrastructure. Founded in 2019, we began by performing site acquisition and permitting for 5G small cell networks. We are currently seeking experienced Directional Drill Operators to join Aquila's growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Starting Pay Range: $24 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a directional drill operator
  • Ability to read and interpret utility prints and plans
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Can repair minor issues on the drill in the field and assess if it needs to go into the shop
  • Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a positive attitude at all times
  • Works effectively as a team player
  • Willing and able to travel as required
  • Willing to get CDL if you do not have one
