Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, timely, and safety-conscious individual to join our underground utility services team as a Directional Bore Laborer/Locator. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clear instructions to the driller to prevent utility damage.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
• Understand current bluestake laws.
• Work collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• CDL required.
• Ability to mix proper mud for ground conditions.
• Ability to calibrate sonde accurately.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new methods.
• Alignment with GRIT values.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SUBSITE or UMAG locating systems.
• Mechanical skills.
