Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of tax experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP accounting.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools (Power BI or Alteryx) for data quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax professionals in US income tax compliance, audits, planning, forecasting, and accounting.
• Manage global income tax compliance calendar and ensure timely filings.
• Propose strategies to reduce corporate tax burden and improve accounting impact.
• Provide coaching and development for Direct Tax team and manage external consultants.
