Job summary

Sevita in Paris, TX is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team delivering community-based support for individuals with disabilities. The role combines direct service, supervision, and administrative duties to ensure ISP implementation and quality care.

You will supervise caregivers, handle scheduling, participate in staff development, and help clients with daily activities, transportation, and medication support, within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification as required by authorities.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with the team and clients.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals in daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct service with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and provide transportation to work or activities.
