Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from programs and training classes.
• 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test, and Health Screen.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff in the home.
• Train, coach, and mentor the team.
• Maintain work schedules and client health monitoring.
• Engage with clients and assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Manage client funds.
