Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate program operations, hire/train staff, schedule activities, and maintain records for individuals served. You will lead a team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support community integration.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. A schedule is generally Monday–Friday with some nights and weekends, and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• One year experience in a related field.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals by ensuring living environments and program activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans and strategies.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.

As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments, and maintaining detailed records for the individuals served.

What you'll do:
