Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina seeks a Direct Support Supervisor to lead a team in group homes, supervise Direct Support Employees, and ensure high-quality care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED) or higher, health-related degree or two years of related experience, on-call as needed, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a health-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Monitor and provide feedback to employees in interactions with people supported.
• Ensure people supported have a clean, maintained home and yard.
• Assist in implementing services and supports per Individual Support Plan.
