Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, hiring and training staff, scheduling, coordinating activities, and keeping detailed records for Individuals served.

You will foster a positive, collaborative team culture, support community integration, monitor safety, respond to challenging situations, and provide on-call assistance while upholding Mosaic values.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
• Monitor safety of individuals by ensuring living environments and program activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Intervene when aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.

As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments, and maintaining detailed records for the individuals served.

What you'll do:

Schedule: Generally Day Hours Monday-Friday/some nights/some weekends/some on call responsibilities/flexibility required
