Advocates in Massachusetts is seeking enthusiastic Direct Support Staff to provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This entry-level role offers meaningful responsibilities and a path to growth, with a weekend schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 11pm.
You will assist with daily living activities, meals, routines, and community outings while helping individuals build skills and independence.
Starting Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9am-11pm
