Position: Direct Support Staff

Location: We have positions in the following counties: Middlesex, Essex, Worcester, and Suffolk counties

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate

Responsibilities:

1. Assist individuals with disabilities in their activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
2. Provide active and compassionate companionship, encouraging community engagement and social participation.
3. Help clients schedule and attend medical appointments while supporting medication management.
4. Promote independence and self-sufficiency, guiding individuals to develop life skills within their abilities.
5. Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in direct care, human services, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2. A compassionate, patient, and encouraging approach to care.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
5. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
