Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community setting in Minnesota. You will build meaningful relationships and help participants live fuller, more independent lives.

Starting pay is $16/hr for a full-time role with a Mon/Tues/Wed 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and every other Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM–10:00 AM. Benefits and opportunities for growth accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and personal goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure participant well-being.

Pay is $16/hr. Full-time position available: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 2p-10p, and every other Saturday and Sunday 8a-10p
