Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services in the United States is seeking a dedicated caregiver. Join a mission-driven team providing community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

You’ll help participants with daily activities, personal care, and community involvement, while fostering growth and independence. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours (7:30 am–3:30 pm) and a competitive hourly wage of $17, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with developmental goals.
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in favorite activities.
• Provide compassionate, patient support and build meaningful relationships with participants.
