Job summary

All Pointe Care, LLC in Connecticut is seeking compassionate Per Diem Direct Support Staff to help individuals achieve personal goals, daily independence, and meaningful community participation.

You will assist with activities of daily living, accompany people to appointments, and help create a safe, supportive home and community environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; CPR/First Aid and PMT certifications are preferred or willing to obtain; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance/registration required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• PMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
