Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Program Services Assistant) to empower individuals with disabilities to build independence and essential life skills through ISP-guided support and active community engagement. You will help participants achieve personal goals in a respectful, inclusive setting.

The role includes direct support, progress monitoring, daily schedules, personal care, transportation, and HCBS compliance while maintaining safety and dignity for all served.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities is required.
• Ability to drive a passenger van and be insurable under Didlake’s vehicle policy; 25+ years old with 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals per ISPs.
• Monitor and document progress toward ISP goals.
• Maintain and follow daily training, activities, and skill-building schedules.
• Assist with transitions, personal care, and health needs.
• Assist with medication management and mobility support.
• Develop and implement skill-building and recreational activities.
• Communicate progress and concerns with program staff.
• Advocate for rights and dignity of individuals served.
