Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in community and home settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving personal goals and community inclusion.
• Respond to behavioral challenges with compassionate, patient approach.
