You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement teaching plans, behavior management, and therapeutic activities, helping individuals served build life, academic, and work skills for social success.

This role offers a flexible 12-hour shift pattern, with weekend options and a 0.9 FTE pay premium; starting pay is $19.97 per hour plus shift differentials on

Qualifications

• Experience with developmental disabilities and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to guide life, academic and work skills for social interactions.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical and emotional needs of people served.
• Lead assigned tasks and provide work direction to staff.
• Observe and report behavior and responses to treatment.
• Prepare routine reports.
• Support teaching and treatment plans for individuals.
