Job summary

Atpeacehealth is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional in Coatesville, Chester County. You will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and fostering independence in daily activities. Responsibilities include hands-on assistance, implementing care plans, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering compassionate care. A valid driver’s license and a reliable all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle are required, as well as prior experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience as a DSP required.
• Client prefers male staff.
• Own vehicle must be all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive.
• Ability to drive up a mountain in winter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support with daily living activities.
• Foster independence for individuals with disabilities.
