Job summary

Creed Medical Group Inc seeks compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in Maryland. You will provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assist with daily living activities, foster independence and promote community engagement in a collaborative environment.

Flexible scheduling and a pay rate of $15–$17 per hour are offered. CPR/First Aid certification preferred, with opportunity to obtain after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
• Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
