Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute agency and program policy and procedure.
• Attend and participate in mandatory trainings and supervision.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a doctor within 90 days of hire.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care.
• Provide a clean, safe and homelike environment in the residence.
• Travel to the five boroughs and tri-state area as needed.
