Qualifications

• Must have compassionate, empathetic communication and ability to assist in daily living.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.
• CPR/First Aid training and MAP may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (getting dressed, cooking, cleaning, bathing, toileting).
• Transporting people to activities and appointments.
• Organize activities and community outings.
• Medication administration.
• Doctors’ appointments
• Documenting Program Data
• Teaching and engaging
• Implementing good routines
• Helping in decision making process
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Deescalating situations and managing behaviors
