Job summary

DYNAMIK SERVICES INC in Stillwater, MN is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide personalized care for individuals with disabilities, helping with daily living tasks and community inclusion.

You will work closely with families and care teams, implement ISPs, transport to appointments, administer medications as directed, and support independence, dignity, and safety in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior DSP, caregiving, or human services experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately.
Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and recreational outings.
Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed.
Foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all individuals served.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members.
