Hawaiʻi Behavioral Health is hiring Direct Support Workers across the Hawaiian Islands. Join our growing team to help individuals with ID/DD live more independently and achieve their goals in home and community settings.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible schedules, and bi-weekly pay. Open positions in O‘ahu (West Side) and Big Island (Priority).

No experience is required; we provide training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 hours/week availability
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check
• Passion and willingness to help our Participants

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one, person-centered support to individuals in home and community settings.
• Assist with personal care and participation in community activities.
• Support daily living tasks and personal interests.
• Promote social engagement and independence through meaningful group interactions.
