You will help build independence and life skills while ensuring a safe, respectful environment, following tailored care plans with the team. The role offers paid training, flexible schedules including full-time and part-time, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily living and activities.
• Help individuals build independence and life skills.
• Assist with community outings and engagement.
• Create a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
• Follow individualized care plans with your team.
