Waves is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in Bon Aqua, TN. You’ll assist with daily living, build life skills, and help participants engage with their community.

We offer $16/hour with $1 extra for weekend shifts, paid training, flexible schedules (full-time & part-time), and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. In-person work required; a high school diploma or GED and a Tennessee driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
