Qualifications

• Some experience in healthcare or human services is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, depending on program needs.

• Help form and maintain positive relationships in the community.
• Respect the rights of the people we support and empower them to speak up.
• Use a person-centered approach in daily moments.

• Protect health; may include medications and doctor appointments.
• Join with team members to develop and carry out the service plan.
• Protect safety per the service plan and report hazards to supervisor.
• Follow procedures on incident reporting and abuse investigations.
• Be polite and professional with everyone.
