Role Overview:

As a Direct Support Specialist at Northwest Habilitation Services, you will be responsible for providing motivation and guidance to clients facing persistent mental health challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to help clients set realistic and achievable goals, building trust and self-confidence along the way. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in establishing and achieving personal goals through tailored support and guidance.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a part-time position within the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday.
