Job summary

Prairie Community Services in Morris, MN is seeking a Direct Support Provider for a part-time, on-site role at Woodland Home. You will assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and community activities, while maintaining daily charting.

About the job: As a Direct Support Provider, you will provide training and assistance to people that includes, but not limited to, daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, money management, meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and daily charting. Starting wage is $16.50-$17.50 per hour.
