Prairie Community Services in Eagle Lake, MN is seeking a Direct Support Provider for Summerwood Home in Mankato. Starting wage is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, on-site employment, with duties spanning daily personal cares, medication administration, and community activities.

You will follow person-centered plans, document progress, and respond to needs. CPR/First Aid will be used as needed, and strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure.
• Must pass DHS background clearance.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language.

About the job: As a Direct Support Provider, you will provide training and assistance to people that includes, but not limited to, daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, money management, meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and daily charting. Starting wage is $16.00-18.00 per hour.
