Job summary

Sevita in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day support for individuals in our program, coordinating ISP implementation and supervising a caregiving team. You will engage with participants, assist with daily activities including meals, medication administration, and personal care, and help organize transportation and community outings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years related work experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with no major or numerous violations.
• Licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.

• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
