Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities in Group Homes in the Ross Township and Emsworth areas near Pittsburgh, PA. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position with training available and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and life-skills coaching to improve clients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Able to work with Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, PA State Criminal Background)
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record & Reliable Transportation - a must.

CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• Up to $20/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• All Shifts available, fast start
• Must be able to go through 1-week of client training between 8a-4p Monday-Friday.
