Client's hourly compensation rate & available hours

• $17/hr compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• All shifts available.
• Weekdays or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
• Ongoing shifts and client temp-to-perm negotiable!

Summary of client's description of this opportunity

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

Client's required experience & education

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical/TB screening
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• PA State Criminal Background
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be reliable & dependable with both the care you provide as well as attendance
