KMA Health Services PA, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in Berks County, PA.

You will help with daily living tasks, accompany clients to activities, and support skill-building to foster independence and community engagement. Responsibilities include documenting ISP outcomes, teaching budgeting and safety skills, and reporting any concerns to supervisors.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, cooking, cleaning and personal hygiene.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Clearance of background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
