Job summary

MAXCARE HEALTH AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals, Personal Care Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistants to assist individuals with developmental disabilities who have skilled nursing needs in a residential setting.

Shifts include every other weekend, with responsibilities spanning medication administration, daily living assistance, and collaboration with families and a licensed nurse to ensure high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or related fields preferred.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite).
• CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite).

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities.
