Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Lebanon County to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation while promoting health and safety.

No experience required – paid training is provided. Shifts include double weekend coverage, pay $16.25–$18.25/hr with enhanced pay options, and full-time schedules from 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Related direct care experience preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
