The role provides support for individuals and/or groups of persons with disabilities in the community as part of our waiver services. It assists the person(s) receiving services in identifying and communicating their requests and needs, implements services to address the person’s goals and desired outcomes, and seeks to understand individuals in the context of their personal history and social networks. The position relies on direction and supervision to accomplish the job.
Payrate: $15.00
