BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Candidates should be proficient in American Sign Language or willing to learn. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a positive work environment.
BAYADA Direct Support Professionals - DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
In addition, we are looking for someone who is proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) OR willing to learn ASL through provider guided training and self paced training.
